Ongoing Mindfulness Practice Group

It can be hard to keep up a practice by yourself so join fellow graduates from the Mindful based courses for this fortnightly group led by members of the group. The emphasis will be on practice and providing an ongoing community of support for applying mindfulness in your life. These one hour sessions are held fortnightly at 64 Valley Rd, Mt Eden from 6-7pm.

Please note, this practice group is only for people who have completed an 8 week Mindful Way or MBCT program.

A koha is invited by way of a gold coin.
